woohoo! just joined this forum! just read my first Iron Fist book (immortal iron fist tpb)! Iron Fist is the man!!!

Any suggestions on what other 'must reads' there are on Daniel Rand? can you tell me what Daredevil issue numbers to read to catch up? thanks!

This is a modification to the game of some kind? Iron Fist was the character I was most missing not having in M:UA.

ESSENTIAL IRON FIST VOL. 1 - though it is in black and white.
IMMORTAL IRON FIST VOL. 2

"Lady Bullseye" started in DAREDEVIL #110 - it's a decent "jumping-on" point. Carry on from there. Danny appeared in some of Bru's earlier arcs in a minor capacity.

The hardcover came out a few weeks ago, so I'm guessing we'll see the softcover early next year.

You'll need to do a whole lot of reading before you implement him though, but its worth it...

I'm far far too lazy(and resemble a cave man in my technical abilities) to go through modding...I'll just hope that Danny is in the next Alliance game.

A Must buy for Fist fans. The Essential Iron Fist trade is...well... kinda essential to seeing early Iron Fist tales and how Danny became tied into the Marvel universe.

The first 3 trades are out now, and each of them are worth the cover price. I'd personally suggest the Hardcovers, but I don know some people prefer TPB's, if you are waiting for the soft cover version it will be a couple months.

The 8 page tale in the back of "The Last Iron Fist Story" trade is all you really need to know from the earlier part of Bru's run. Danny was the Daredevil you saw running around during Civil War, he was doing it to help Matt's not so secret Identity. The currant stuff being printed in Daredevil happens(as far as continuity goes) right before the end of Ed and Matt's run on the book, Before he moved out of Rand Tower and changed the direction of Rand Corp (as seen in Iron Fist #16).

One of the things I hope Duane Swierczynski does is end the "I have no confidence" Iron Fist. I mean for years all we have seen is him not believe in himself and play the fish out of water routine. I understand he would and should have awkward social situations due to having grew up in a mystical city but Danny has been groomed to do one thing: Kick A$$!!!

How many times have we seen Fist through the years not have confidence in his fighting abilities or have his Iron Fist stolen? He has been training in martial arts since he was 9. The one area in which he should be have confidence it is in combat. Even in the Bru/Fraction run on Immortal, Danny seem overwhelmed by the situation and not have much confidence until the end of the arc. Even then it was a coming together of the Immortal Weapons and Danny did not shine as a fighter. He lost his match with Fat Cobra. He did do something and that was bring the immortal weapons together to form a revolution.

Basically I believe he should be a feared and highly respected fighter. To me Danny does not get a lot of respect. He is a forgotten character in the Avengers book. I just want Danny to finally cut loose. I mean when was the last time he took out another top level fighter.

The cover always looks awesome, but the art inside always disapoint me, they seem from the 80's 90's .
