he's certainly cool-looking. if i had to pick a favorite, it would be him. but it's because i tend to choose characters that are kind of generic. but he's simply the least colorful of them. Fat Cobra's a big bright personality. Prince of Orphans is a certified bad@$$. and Bride of Nine Spiders is just too creepy to overlook; ji ji. if they killed Dog Brother, they could always have another street urchin rise up to fill the void; not that i'd want Dog Brother to be the sacrificial lamb. and Tiger's Beautiful Daughter has the stigma of being a karate ho.

Such great stuff (as always) from Aja. From their designs, to their back stories and even their names, it's really great seeing how the Immortal Weapons came to be.

The Immortal Weapons have been one of the coolest things to be created in recent years.

To lose even one of them to death, without further exploration of their characters, would be a shame. They are all very, very cool.

It's a shame that even one of them has to die. Hope Fraction knows what he's doing.

Man...just looking at the images of the Immortal Weapons, makes me really wish they were producing an Iron Fist & the Immortal Weapons comic!

With David Aja on art, of course!

    Yep.
I want to see David Aja drawing a Kung Fu book ASAP!

Agreed on both counts. Besides Immortal Iron Fist, Iron Fist and the Immortal Weapons would be a great title. So much story potential...i'm still crossing my fingers for a new Iron Fist series later this year.

I was wondering what the daily lives of the immortal weapons would be like?

Who should they team up when they are on their own?

    This is a great question.

I think Fat Cobra and Volstagg would be the greatest team-up in the history of team-ups.

LOL that would be great. Imagine a team up with Iron Fist, Thor, the Immortal Weapons and the Warriors Three, that would be awesome.

I think Bride of Nine Spiders showing up in an issue of Spider-Man would be cool too.

Concept art for Danny in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, really interesting to see the different versions that were considered before one was finally picked:

And of course, Danny's alternate costume is Bei Bang-Wen!

    Just awesome stuff.

Question for you that have read immortal Iron Fist? When Fat Cobra defeated Iron Fist in the scene below:

Do you think Danny fully tried his best or not? Since he was told to lose before hand and we all know that he did not fight at his best, but the question was did he make his best attempt? I know that I and most of us were surprised that he lost for Fat Cobra. Afterwards even Danny questioned whether he lost on purpose. Maybe that answers my question but what do you all think?

I think it was a combo effect. He was told to lose and Fat Cobra is pretty awesome!

Besides, life or death situations turns a fight into something else, so if the fight was all out between FC and IF, we might have gotten different results!
