Which would you rather have, Nate Grey's mental powers or Superman's physical powers(as in strength, durability, and speed)?

Yeah I give up. They would need like a bajillion UNs to take it out. And they would all have to work.
Superman's powers, I am immortal with them.
I know Nate Grey was really powerful, but what all were his powers anyway? Did he have enhanced durability or anything?

For the best example of "super mind vs. super body" look no further than Metal Gear: Portable Ops. Ursula, the most powerful psychic of her time gets killed by Gene. She could read his thoughts fast enough but the same couldn't be said for his body. Ridiculous, huh?
Superman
I am just as invulnerable asleep as awake. I don't know if that is true for Nate Grey.
Superman easily.
Everything burns...
Super body for me to, near invulnerablility (plus amazing speed) is neat.
Typical Jedi....slaughter a entire room full of people and then apologize for it!

Superman. As long as my brain can keep up with my movements. That's not a trick, is it?
Nate was such a powerful psi, the strain of his powers was slowly killing his physical body. He later got a magic tattoo that prevented this deterioration.
Provided I get the tattoo, I'll take Nate's powers. He can do healing with his telekinesis, which I will find useful for friends and family.
With astral projection powers, I don't suppose I'll fear death very much, when it finally comes; I'll know for sure it's just a transition to a higher plane.
Nate Grey possessed vast psionic abilities. He was a high-level telepath, able to project his astral form across the world, create sophisticated illusions, pull other psionic entities onto the astral plane, and read, probe, and control the minds of others. He was also an extremely powerful telekinetic who could phase through solid matter, create destructive psionic spikes, and lift objects weighing up to 10 tons.
Yeah I give up. They would need like a bajillion UNs to take it out. And they would all have to work.
Manipulating poeple's minds only goes so far. If I go to a relatively uninhabited place, I'd rather have Superman's strength than the ability to lift a measly 10 tons.
