The Magik story does look nice. Which you can't get as bad as last DWS.

So what about the Havok story, does anyone know anything about that? They didn't say anything about it in the interview.

I'm debating whether or not to get this. I got issue 1 b/c it showcased Nezhno and Anole (and Hellion as an added bonus), some of my favorite newer characters. #2 doesn't really have anyone I'm that big a fan of though. At the very least, I can come here to read the reviews and decide then.

Man, the art looks gorgeous.

I'm still on the fence about picking this up as I don't have any characters of interest in this one, aside from Dani Moonstar (and I'm getting my fix in Young X-Men).

The last issue was a big disappointment, but maybe my expectations were just really high. I feel like sticking with it out with part two but I'll just have to see when I'm at the store, face to face, with this piece of hotness.

I look at Divided We Stand as fat person at McDonald's may view the french fry selection...delicious and tasty, yes, but alas perhaps not the most nutritional choice available on the menu.

On another tangent, I think I'm in love with David Yardin's art, and the Magik piece pulls at me most--both for the character and the captivating art previews. I hope C.B. delivers full throttle this time in regard to his storytelling abilities (compared to his work on what I last read, The Loners, where the first half was great and full of potential--if you like that whole non-A lister thing, but the second half was just a let down and sort of meandered the progress and some of the storylines of the previous issues--build up without any real juice--hmm, perhaps editorial interference, but really things should get clearance in advance and that excuse doesn't do anything but cut the cheese anymore--but I guess may be that's what adolescents do sometimes--meander...I know I did in my teen years).

Either way, I like DWS #1, and hope this one's even better.
