So I hear a Sage has appeared in eXtreme (after I made a joke about her being in a wall of course). Is this confirmed to be the real Sage or an alternate one? That book is filled with alternates so I'm assuming that's the case.

Yes, I actually binged and picked up all 6 issues. Hopefully it's explained next issue, and even more hope we get some Betsy interaction. I've never been a Sage fan, I don't hate her, but I did like her and Betsy in Exiles together.....

I have never read New Exiles, as I was angry at Claremont for character-assassinating Sage with Diana Fox in New Excalibur. However, Pak seems to have remedied the mess Claremont made so far. Jeff Parker gave Pak the springboard by having all of Sage's team merge with the palace instead of just her and had Sasquatch freeing them.
