For those of you who live outside of the United States of America, I should explain:
Today is National Secretary Day and this entire week is National Secretary/Administrative Assistant Week.
I brought a box of chocolates to the offices for our secretary, and in that same spirit, it's about time that CBR honors Tessa/Sage for all her years of special, personalized, service to Professor Xavier, the X-Men, The Hellfire Club, Excalibur and the Exiles.
As you may not know, Tessa sacrificed her youth in administrative slavery to Sebastian Shaw on behalf of Charles Xavier. Unlike Jean (ugh!) Grey who hung around the mansion to get nookie from all the boys and give Charles his afternoon shoulder rub, Tessa was forced to wear a bustier and high heels 24/7 in service to her creepy Eighteenth Century-fetishist bosses. Not only did she use her computerized mind and the power of water-cooler gossip to stave off power-plays from Selene and Emma Frost, but she also catered to the whims of such luminaries and executards as Harry Leland and Shinobi Shaw.
Topics of Discussion.
Who would you cast as Sage in a movie? For your consideration, I offer the following choices.
Julia Louise-Dreyfus
Catherine Zeta-Jones
Victoria Abril
Chus Lampraeve
Dita Von Teese
Lena Heady
What computer languages would Sage know in addition to Fortran, Pascal, Visual Basic, HTML and Japanese?
Does Sage have good reason to hate Charles Xavier?
Are you tired of Sage being mind-controlled?
How would you like Diana Fox to perish?
Sage's new costume -- love it or hate it?
Who does Sage's hair?
Who other than CC would you like to see write Sage?
I consider this a safe-haven for Tessa/Sage fans on CBR. Make your spammy retro-con-deus-ex-machina (Jean Grey defensive) comments in binary code elsewhere. This is a place to post Sage fan-art, poetry, well-wishes, commentary... basically, this is the place to store your Sage thoughts and to honor her for all the entertainment she has provided you.
