I'm slightly annoyed that this project wasn't supposed to be as big as the others and now its gigantic. So Marvel misadvertised the size of this event and turned it into another behemoth.

The bad news about that newly color GotG page is that everyone is indeed wearing red and black. The good news is that Quasar changed her boot colors

Seems slightly redundant for Phyla and Gamora to both be carrying around swords and the matching costumes suck.

Not only does it have a raccoon with a chaingun, but it has a space lesbian, a Russian psychic dog, and a talking, walking tree who rules his own planet. Everything about this series is made of win.

I love that Paul is drawing Rocket Raccoon more like Timothy Green's version, Tom Raney's looked like a weird skinny little dog.

I am loving abnett and Lanning's Marvel work at the moment. I am pissed off to hear that both titles will be stupid invasion tie-ins though.
If you like these titles I highly recommend you get your hands on Dan Abnett's "kingdom" which appears in 2000AD magazine, it is absolutely amazing!
