I think its retarded that Blue Betle is still around for issue 61 of the titans, he is not worthy of tying their shoelaces.

    Ha ha, yeah right.

Blue Beetle = Awesomeness on a stick
Teen Titans = Barely readable garabage.

    Actually no.

50-53, and 57 was super amazing stuff.

Anything Involving BB has been the most overrated cult garbage comics have seen.

Actually I still haven't read 57 yet because, based on the last few issues, I'm hardly in a rush to get to it. I dropped it with 57, in fact. That said, 50 was OK, a promising start but 51-54 were a complete mess and 55 was absolutely horrible.

As for Blue Beetle, well let me put it this way, issue 25 came out the same week as All Star Superman 10 and I had a hard time choosing between the two as to which I liked more. And if you've read All Star Superman 10, you will know that that is really saying something.

That book's in a shame spiral. It doesn't deserve a great character like Jaime, but so long as he's still fun and light-hearted in his own book, it doesn't really matter what other writers want to do with him in their crappier titles.

Ya, Blue Beetle has been great. I've enjoyed Teen Titans Year One, but their actual title has been a little weak.

In other news, it looks like J'onn J'Onzz is not long for this world (well, that world anyway) based on the cover and solicit for the Final Crisis tie in Requiem. Hopefully, it's just his rubbish new look and costume that will bite the dust.

Just more books to avoid. Still... Tomasi's writing it. Hmmm...

Nah, better not support it. Maybe if we stop buying crap like that, DC will stop publishing it. Meanwhile, fie on any of you who don't buy Year None!

Hell yeah, to your second point, but honestly, Final Crisis sounds awesome to me. Grant Morrison on big, crazy, epic superhero stuff? Count me in. I hope that he doesn't go for the cheap ploy of killing off a great character like J'onn J'onzz but it's not like it would stick for very long even if he did.

Seriously, don't you think that the Final Crisis solicit sounds like so much wacky fun?

Not really, but only because almost all solicits piss me off. I'll let issue number one do its convincing for me. But I'm fairly certain I won't be buying anything Final Crisis-related besides Final Crisis and maybe the Legion crossover Johns and Perez are doing for it. Maybe.

The Legion crossovers look better than Final Crisis itself. I know Grant Morisson gets a lot of love around here, and he should, but I don't think he holds a candle to Geoff Johns.

I think he holds a spotlight to Johns' candle, I just don't think he's as great as he usually is when he's bound by editors and other writers.
