Wow. That's the first Ultimate Spider-Man cover to really impress me.
And I'm calling the Shocker as the mystery assailant.
Some people would disagree, but I don't. All of those little failures are supposed to condition us to think lowly of Shocker, and this will probably impress us greatly.
Looking for artists, know I won't find any. That blows.
I said a long time ago it's Shocker. That's his weapon, and his suit is now brown (see the "Death of a Goblin" arc.)
"With Great Power...Comes Great Responsibility."
"I've never asked for much. Like everyone else, I know the odds are always against us. That's just the way the universe works. I don't want guarantees, promises, assurances or false hopes. All I've ever asked is for one chance to stand on my own feet and give it my best shot. Succeed or fail, live or die, if I know I tried, then I can accept whatever happens."
-- Spider-Man
Isn't Schocker a known assailant. In Ultimate Spider-Man annual #2, Spidey called him Herman.
If this got anything to do with 'War of the Symbiotes' then maybe it Trask.
He means that the assailant in this issue is unconfirmed.
It has nothing to do with anything; it's a one shot.

Yes, but it's fun to speculate.

It'd be funny to see him finally get one up on Peter for once.
I'm going to laugh if it isn't Schocker, and cry if it something stupid.
Is this thread dead?
I wonder if it the guy who drove the Schocker around last time we saw him.
Most people are sure that it is Shocker, not much to discuss left here.
