I don't mind change. I really don't. Change can be good. Great, even. But sometimes change is bad. I think a case of "bad change" can be made for the new smileys. Aside from the fact that the size of every smiley's eyebrows have increased by a factor of 4, they're just way too big in general. I find them distracting from the text of posts. Before, they were managable. Now, not so much.
What do you think if them?

I always hated the old ones on this forum because they were boring and not very animated. These new ones are cool as hell and several of them like this one make me laugh.

If nothing else, they're about twice as big as they should be. If they don't fit inline with the text, it doesn't make sense.
