I don't mind change. I really don't. Change can be good. Great, even. But sometimes change is bad. I think a case of "bad change" can be made for the new smileys. Aside from the fact that the size of every smiley's eyebrows have increased by a factor of 4, they're just way too big in general. I find them distracting from the text of posts. Before, they were managable. Now, not so much.
What do you think if them?

Please? These suck, in size, action and design. Just yuck. I'd recommend staying away from the animated ones, myself. Too limiting in use, and most of the animated ones are just goofy (and usually not in a good way).Jonah Weiland offers:
