    Sweet Ross art.

Old School Infinity Inc and the old JSA hawkman. Shame most of the old infinity inc members are either dead , continuity mess or became a villain.

Interiors by Ordway? Awesome! And we'll finally get to see the "new" Earth-2, eh? Neat! Can't wait to see it.

This issue is gonna be awesome! But I hope she doesn't stay, but if she is, then she will be the most important hero in Earth-2.

She'd be Earth-2's Superwoman, unless KC Supes comes with her.

That would be great, if I wasn't worried that DC would use this chance to kill her and Earth-2, or ignore her into obscurity/limbo.

I doubt she'll stay. My bet is that this will be a way to help give her some closure, she'll come to terms with who she's become and she'll realize that while she misses Earth-2 the new Earth has become as much her home as Earth-2 was, and leaving it now would once again just be leaving behind dozens of friends she's made.

Exclamation EARTH-2 returns this summer in JSA Annual #1

    Well.....

    this seems fairly significant. :p

Nice to see Jerry Ordway's name as part of this. He dealt with Earth-2 a lot before it went away (ALL-STAR SQUADRON and CRISIS)

Hopefully this will mean some loooooong overdue trades of All Star Squadron and Infinity Inc. And hope this means the Kingdom Come Superman currently in JSA will find a home instead of having to die.

It just dawned on me that's our current Power Girl going home. Excellent! When was the last time we saw a female character---much less an omnipotent one---removed from the field of play without being killed?

It looks like she's going home, but not really. The Earth-2 that she lived on hasn't existed since the Crisis on Infinite Earths. This new Earth-2 looks the same, but isn't, since it was an exact duplicate of New Earth (the current default setting for the DCU) that was altered due to some bizarre event involving Mister Mind on a cross-dimensional rampage.

In effect, Power Girl visiting this new Earth-2 would encounter a whole bunch of familiar faces, with unsettling minor differences from the people she once knew. While she might be glad to hang out with the Earth-2 Huntress, since years have passed since that charcter got retconned away. But how would she react to Alan Scott? The real Alan Scott is still on New Earth, and has had a variety of post-Crisis adventures that his counterpart on this new Earth-2 never had.

Yeah, and compare that to Marvel's Spider-girl and her MC-2 world.

We're all full of happy endings to our favorite heroes. :D

Hmm, as excited as I am to see this, I'm curious what is going to happen.

Will Powergirl go back with that tearful goodbye?

Or will she deny going back and realize that it would be too hard leaving all her companions behind?

Or will people from Earth 2 be evil and kill Powergirl?

Up until now I wasn't sure, but this confirms it. There is a God.

LOL. I am also excited for this book. I've never read Earth-2 before, should be a good time. Heck, anything Geoff Johns writes is awesome.
