Default Barry Levine talks Radical Comics Launch

While Radical Comics announced their presence last year, they've been relatively quiet since. Not anymore. Publisher Barry Levine sat down with CBR for his first interview, detailing their plans for 2008.

Nice looking art. Are those interior pages done with computer or penciled and painted? I've found that indie books have bad coloring.

Did you think about using a shared universe? Maybe launch 3-5 books that happen in a diverse universe.

Very Impressive. Reminds of Virgin Comics when they first launched.

All the titles look interesting and the art looks great.

I think --at this stage of level-- coloring , drawing or inking wouldn't be the group of ones we should worry about. At least an example of writing (i mean real writing) will fit in just to have a decent composition --and this is enough for us to see for now within an overally decent combination of parts.

Optimistic of RC , at least i can give a hand onto Hercules as my part in it. 2.99$ won't kill me anyway.

I agree. Artwork is important, but the impact of the written word is what's really attracting me to a new series these days.

The art looks great. I am interested in the story for Caliber and Hercules for sure. The art on the other two is great so I may just check them out.

Love the idea behind Cailber and the name of the title which fits both worlds.

And wait a second, did Levine just throw it out there that Sarah Audrey and Peter Berg are interested in making a Hercules movie?
