Nothing that plenty of other posters haven't done.

There's a questions thread that's posted at the top of this forum that is a better place for your post.

As for the link, I think that's a way of saying this is the only time he's ever heard of such a thing.

And everyone here was once a n00b, whether they posted under another name or not!

I seem to remember it being mentioned somewhere, before. But I don't think I ever recall anything finite. Ive certainly never seen any direct image circulated.

EZ intentionally posted a link back to this thread (because here is the only place he's heard this). Sorry for not being helpful, askani777, I just thought it was too funny at the time.

This is the only time I've ever heard about this and I figured that I'd have some fun before the obligatory "You should've posted this in the question thread" post that followed soon after.

Well, it did indeed happen. I can't remember the year, but Marvel, as an April Fool's joke, announced that Spider-Man was joining the X-Men. They provided sketches of Spidey's new costume (a blend of the classic look and the original X-Men outfits), drawn, if I'm not mistaken, by Alex Ross. Wizard ran an article on it a few months later, with the sketches reprinted.

Unfortunately, I can't remember anything more than that. I wasn't online at the time, and only heard about it from the Wizard article. (Gimme a break, I was in high school.)
