Default VIDEO: Joe Quesada on "The Colbert Report"

Marvel Editor-in-Chief Joe Quesada returned to "The Colbert Report" last night to discuss developments in "Captain America," "Secret Invasion" and Stephen Colbert's candidacy for US President ... of the Marvel Universe.

I found it to be enjoyable but it's always awkward when you have to explain intangible comic book stuff to the public like skrulls so it's good that Colbert had visual cues to mix into his comedy stuff.

And as much as I dislike Joe's Spider-Man antics, I have to admit he comes off as pretty likeable here.

Yeah - a couple hundred votes won't swing it for him, even if they all move to Iowa or New Hampshire.

Now, if he's polling well among *former* mutants, too... hey, maybe part of his platform is actually to fund research into M-Day, since the 50SI still needs more warm superpowered bodies to fill out its roster.

I really dislike Quesada. He just comes across so arrogant.

I met him once in Dragon Con years ago. He was ok then.....but it just seems that the Marvel gig has gotten to his head.

    COLBERT IS A COWARD!!!!!

    (sorry about the shouting)

But seriously, no-one should be talking to JQ and not at least bring up OMD/BND, and I have a feeling that, at least in character, Colbert would not like it and would really go after Joe about it. But not even a mention.

    COWARD!!!
