Been meaning to pick up some older issues of the Vol 2 Punisher Series as well as Vol1 of War Journal. Only arcs that I'm thinking of getting are Final Days, Eurohit and Suicide Run. Not sure how they are, storywise, (as we all know they aren't worth anything) but curious if people had thoughts on them or any other arcs. Let me know!

I never really enjoyed any of these stories. I didn't find them awfully painful to read, but I didn't get a lot of joy out of them either.

Final Days wasn't very good, Eurohit was average, and Suicide Run was pretty good imo. One of the best classic story arcs was Punisher War Zone 1-10 (or maybe it was 11). Punisher infiltrates a mob family and takes them out from the inside. There were some good issues of Punisher volume 2, but I can't remember the issue #'s. That one in the grocery store was really good, anyone remember that one?

The first 20, or so, issues of the Punisher vol 2 are very good. Frank was up against much more realistic oppoents (Drug Cartels, Yakuza etc).
The highpoint was his campaign against The Kingpin.
