Attention Marvel. Sell the Skrull cards!!!!!!!!
Pull List:
Incredible Hulk,Hulk,Punisher Max,Ultimate Spider-Man,Amazing Spider-Man,Thor,Captain America,New Avengers, Uncanny X-Men,XForce
I hope he doesn't, because Martin needs to focus on his writing. He turns 60 this year and still has at least 3 big books to write before he retires. He doesn't have time (or inclination I'm guessing) to waste time on a frivolous lawsuit. And I'm stunned that you don't understand the reference at hand:

Here's a big hint:
You should try reading the daily paper more often. Sometimes real-world events are even more interesting than Marvel comics.
"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
Martin Luther King Jr., Letter from Birmingham Jail, April 16, 1963
Some of that seems off, so I'll do my own.
Ace of Spades: Thor
He's probably the single most powerful person on Earth. And that was before he got the runes and odinforce powerups. He's also got a loyal kingdom full of badass viking gods and powerful alien allies(BRB).
Ace of Hearts: Iron Man
Tony's got his hands in everything these days. Not only is his armor stronger than it's ever been; he's also weilding more influence and control than any single human alive today.
Ace of Diamonds: Dr. Doom
He's got just as much experience and intelligence as Reed, his own kingdom, access to powerful magics, and has created tech that surpasses the Skrull's own.
Ace of Clubs: Namor
For all the reasons they listed.
Kings:
Dr. Strange-Would count as an ace if Bendis hadn't spent so much time nerfing him.
Black Panther-He's got some of the world's best tech and an unlimited supply of vibranium.
Prof X-Can call upon some very powerful mutants and perhaps some extra-terrestrial allies.
Magneto- One of the most powerful mutants, a brilliant scientist and leader, and has loyal mutant followers.

The Punisher: I’m going to cauterize your rectum, sealing it shut, so when you turn those delicious Pink Pants™ Fruit Pies into waste products the bilirubin in your feces will leach into your bloodstream and you’ll die screaming! And I’ll watch while having sex with this grateful prostitute!
Trussed-Up Hooker: Blueberry are my favorite!
In other words, what StoneGold said.

I bet Spider-Man shows up way higher than anyone expects.
"That was the ebb. Pray I do not demonstrate my mastery over the flow."
Wonderful. Wait for the furor from people who are going to find it racist that T'Challa gets named the King of Spades.
CBR's Cerebra: Mutant Tracker
Updated Tuesdays.
X-Poster of the Month: January 2011
- the best there is at what i do -
Shouldn't BP be an Ace since he is i. brillian, 2. the absolute ruler of the most technologically advanced country on the planet, 3. married to a very powerful mutant and 4. a potential leader of a group of non-alighned states/nations (Latvaria, Atilla, the dispersed Atlantean civilization through alliance with Namor). I think BO is being very underrated given the resources he has.
EARTH'S MOST WANTED: The Kings
In Part Two of EARTH'S MOST WANTED, CBR News speaks with editor Tom Brevoort about four more threats to the Skrulls’ “Secret Invasion" plans, the Kings.
