Can you increase the avatar size limit? Not the 80x80 part, but the KBs. I tried to upload an animated GIF but it had too many KB. Or can you suggest a way to decrease a GIFs KBs without ruining the picture?

No, we are not going to increase the file size limit on avatars. They are meant to be a relatively simple image to represent forum members - not short video scenes.
