    The inaugural New York Anime Festival closed with a bang, as Del Rey Manga and Marvel Comics announced "X-Men: The Manga" and "Wolverine: The Manga," debuting Spring, 2009.

    Perhaps it will be like Earth-One and Earth-Two. This thread, though coming later, will be Thread-One, but the classic Golden Age thread will be Thread-Two even though it's older. :p

    im only interested in art direction.. if its just more x-men rehashed stories and looks then whats the point, however I hope they stay away from trying to japanimize the book. I mean its one thing to have a manga-style like look for the characters and book its another thing to try and make it look like the culture is entirely Japanese or boroughs heavily from a Japanese culture.
    Rogue and Bishop's daughter would be called Discharge, and she'd touch people and drain all or some of their bioelectrical energy out of them causing them to either die or fall unconscious. She could then use this energy to extend her own life, heal herself, enhance her physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina,) or discharge it as various energy beams.
