In addition to new information about the "Serenity: Better Days" miniseries, Dark Horse has released images of the new "Serenity" lunch-boxes, which go on sale in April, 2008.

I would be more enthusiastic if the first Serenity miniseries wasn't so bad.

I don't usually collect stuff, but I'm so getting that Fruity Oaty Bar lunch box.

dude why must you come on here to be negative. the mini did what it needed to which was explain what happened inbetween the series and the movie. if you wanna be negative about it go somewhere else,
thankyou mr. cbr news(what an odd name) for letting me know they were going ahead with the serenity miniseries
I'm sorry, Mr./Mrs. 29 Posts, I was unaware your opinion of the miniseries was the only allowable conclusion. I will now flagellate myself for thinking the miniseries lacked the wink-and-a-nod sense of fun the series had.
The miniseries was not dry and uninteresting. Joss Whedon can do no wrong.

Agreed. The art was definitely mediocre, sad to say.
You must be new here. We're allowed to express negative opinions at CBR.
Right. But they could've done that with good art, instead of the usually generic crap that Dark Horse tends to use for their licensed properties.
howyadoin?
I find it interesting the description of the comic seems to have changed from after Firefly but before Serenity... to before Firefly.

I think you're confusing comic series. Serenity: Those Left Behind was set between the TV series and the movie. Serenity: Better Days is apparently set before the TV series.

I hope so. The porno mustache rules.

Keep an eye out for a second (third?) mini-series from Dark Horse after Better Days called The Shepherd's Tale. This information was "leaked" from Ron Glass on the Browncoat Cruise last weekend.
