Default Kick-Ass by Millar, Romita Jr

That's right, in Feb 08, a new series by the name of "Kick-Ass" will be released and it is being done by none other than Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. And that's just about all the info I have on this book.

Anyone have anything they can add?

    Here's the solicitation...

sounds like it could be pretty cool. I'd love to hear/read more about the project though before I make the decision to get exited over it.

Huzzah! I see that the film Shoot 'Em Up has spawned a new renaissance in violently descriptive titles. I'll be there. Judging by the description and Millar's previous work on Wanted, this may well be the title he was born to write.

Well, obviously, anyone should wait to read more about it, but what I'm asking is have they mentioned this series before? Anywhere?

I believe its creator-owned. Millars own new characters. And its to the extreme!!! Pretty much a redo of Millars The Ultimates.

This is either going to be absolutely awesome, or a shining example of hubris fro creators for decades to come. If you are going to call a comic Kick-Ass, then it better bloody well be Kick-Ass or you will look a fool with your junk blowing in the wind.
