Angry I don't have it and I am already disappointed...

After reading this article, I now realize that not only will I have to buy the version coming out today , but also an "Absolute" version that is bigger and with extra cool stuff that comes out early in 2008.Come On DC! This is a true event don't nickel and dime us( actually $25.00 and $75.00 us). This isn't fair just put out the book in the most complate format and then in a more affordable version. I pr-ordered this and don't want my local shop to be stuck with it , but if I was getting it elsewher, I would just wait.
You will not grow your customer base if you are always trying to squeeze every last dime out of the customers you have.

Yes , but I think that the only difference is the cover. One is blue and one is black and they have different graphics.

That is what I thought. Is one only for comic shops?

    Excellent interview!

I hope the move to Top Shelf resolves all the problems so we can read new League stories with greater regularity.

On a side-note, I picked up my copy today and will be reading it tonight after I put the kids to bed. Can't wait. :)

Really interesting interview there. I'm seriously looking forward to this coming out. I hadn't realised, until reading that interview, that there was gonna be an absolute edition released later next year.

I'm definitely gonna wait for that to come out in early 2008. It's a shame it isn't out sooner but I can wait a bit longer to read it I suppose, I've already waited for what seems like an eternity. Besides, I ain't forking out for two copies.

I think the best part of the interview is that Moore expressed he would be writing more League after Century.

For a while there was a statement that Century was to be his last writing.

    Default Lxg Black Dossier

Anyone who's read BLACK DOSSIER want to discuss it in detail?

For instance, I think that though BD presents essentially the same concept as PROMETHEA's "Immateria," I think it works better in BD.

    Agree? Disagree?

Haven't read it yet I'm afraid. Does anyone know if the deluxe "absolute edition" of The Black Dossier is out yet or even if it has a release date?
