My excitment for this series has been dulled by... how many months has it been since the last issue? I hope the next creative team is better on that front.

*sighs* Mine too. I REALLY have to sit and think what goes on from issue to issue on this Arc.

I can't WAIT for the new creative team. I do love the art on this though. But the time frame is just ridicules!

    Roll on Moore and Ramos.

Just remember: it's somehow not Whedon's fault that everything he writes inevitably falls way behind schedule. Wizards did it.

The comic itself looks good (same with AXM), but the delays just render the whole thing beyond irrelevant.

The flying chick continues to be cute.

I forgot about the series. Damn! Whedon lateness made me forgot about my favorite book. Bring on Moore and Ramos!

it fell off my pull list with the last issue, because i missed a month and then came back to find Runaways no longer appearing. Might just give this arc a miss and pick it up when it becomes more regular.

Actually, it's the fault of the artists. Michael Ryan and John Cassaday are both slow. Ryan constantly had fill-ins during his runs on New X-Men and New Excalibur. See Planetary for an idea of John Cassaday's pace.

If Whedon knows that the main criticism of his run on AXM are due to the delays, and choses an artist that is also slow, he doesn't strike me as a very smart guy...

Now, I don't think you're really in a position to question Whedon's intelligence. Hmmm...haven't we done this before? Seriously, why would he even worry about the pacing of the artists? The quality of the product is his responsibility, not the timing.
