    I read the Flash link provided by Tymac, but I'm still curious...in what issue did Iris Allen "die?" In what issue did Barry kill Zoom?

    I don't know what rules apply to Bart. As for Wally,l I'm waiting for the trade of IC, so I don't know, but was he moving at super speed at the time? If not he wouldn't be protected

    Two questions:

    1. Why doesn't Flash train in the Speed Force like Savitar? Learning flight would be pretty helpful....

    2. Why couldn't Flash steal Superman's speed in Flash#209? He gave a technobabble explanation....

    1) because if flash started flying, i guess he will be a dc nothstar.

    2) the explanation was clearly stated. if he stole supes speed, there will be a wreckage from keystone to russia.

    But that explanation is inconsistent internally as well as with what has happened historically. Jay was able to steal Superman's speed, while they were both moving full steam, to no adverse effect. There's other examples (Bart in Titans vs Future Flash, etc) but that's enough. Internally it's inconsistent because he says he could steal ALL of Superman's kinetic energy and stop him cold. If that's true, then there's no destruction (or fear of wreckage). How could there be any damage if Superman's not moving? If he IS moving, then that means Wally's wrong by saying he can steal all of Superman's energy and stop him cold.

    well, you know wally... he really cares for supes, sides, i bet he want a race.

    Default Got a Flash Question

    Hey Folks
    I just started to get Flash since the I.C. story so I got a couple of questions and if they were answered earlier in this thread then I am soory I didn't see it as I was strolling.

    1=The the ROGUES know that this is a "kinda new" Flash? What I mean is do they know this is Wally not Allen?

    Since the Blitz storyline (ending Flash #200), Wally and Barry no longer have public identities. But most of Flash's enemies know that there was an older Flash who died during Crisis and was replaced by Kid Flash. Flash's closest enemies could tell simply by the fighting style. I'm pretty sure it's public knowledge at this point that there's a new Flash.

    Man this forum has helped me quite a bit. :) Thanks guys.

    Im really getting interested in Flash. I picked up my first trade of his today, FLASH: BLITZ. I loved it. Great story and art.

    I think Ill be picking up FLASH: RETURN OF BARRY ALLEN next. :)

    Do you mean, "What do people think Wally did before becoming a mechanic?" He's still a young guy so basically you waste 4 years in a community college (maybe you get a degree, maybe you do some vocational training), and bum around for 2 years and you're about Wally's age. Basically... not much.

    Amongst those who know his identity, though, of course he's always been a full-time superhero... even making a living that way.

    What's Flash's highest speed steal and speed lending feats?

    Off the top of my head:

    Steal:
    During Young Justice: Sins of Youth while Wally was reduced to a teen, he stole the speed of an enormous tidal wave threatening to engulf a city.

    Lend:
    Boosting the heroes fighting the Anti-Monitor.
