While I personally like Jean Grey, I believe the rest of the X-Men deserve a proper beatdown by a bunch of powerful black mutants - who will never be created because the x-writers don't believe that black mutants should be able to do anything except mimic the powers of other mutants or have powers dependent upon the powers of other mutants.
Hopefully the Panther and Storm will have children soon - black mutant children of immense power - and this sad state of affairs of under-powered black mutants will be rectified.

Gambit and Frenzy had a "thing" going on when they both worked as mercenaries before they fell into the Marauders and Acolytes, respectively. He mentions how she doesn't seem like the "mindless sheep type" in Uncanny #298, and then in his solo series, Fontanelle goes through a list of people Gambit has relationships with and got to Frenzy, who is someone "loves to hate him and hates to love him."
