I make my own umeshu every year.. but considering that it is 8am in Japan now I am drinking coffee

Water. When I would have first seen this thread if I hadn't gone to the pub I was drinking Cider (Addlestones - yum) and tonight I'll be drinking wine (red) and then maybe move on to Cider (Gaymers Olde English)
