Christos is such a great writer. It's a crime that he's not writing a high profile monthly book yet.
I think we should all flood Marvel with letters demanding more!
Looks like Forge is walking down memory lane with the New X-Men.
HoM Avengers looks great. I liked the preview in Marvel Previews yesterday. Gage and Perkins, what a team.
For-Real-True is only true now.
Story-True is true forever.

On the surface the five issue House of M Avengers seems like a good idea, but the execution will be everything. If you are going to show the evolution of the House of M since the 1970s you need to deal with some of the macro changes, thus having some comic time for the actual Magnus family as well as the comics focus on micro changes on the NY City street level.
Anyone know which series has that Engarded Species backup? The one with Beast visiting Forge?
Though I'm not sure why Cable is included in that group. He's not an alt future character and if you include him why not Cyclops?
I wonder if this means Juggs is out of the NeXiles crossover?
I would say that the future where Cable grew up is probably an alternate one at this point. Enough has probably changed that that particular timeline will never come to pass. Having said that, I do understand that he was born in this era and not the future, so I understand your point. Perhaps it just has to do with his knowledge of a potential future (like the Witness)?
And did anyone else notice that next week they're interviewing Guggenheim? Perfect time for a bunch of us to bombard him with questions about why they've allowed Wolverine's healing factor to get so out of control.
Right. Cable is has knowledge of the future from living in an alternate future, but the same would apply to Scott. He wouldn't know as much as Nate does, but in 12 years Scott certainly would have picked up some information on what happened. I wonder why he's not being targeted.
Now if the art on New X-Men looked like this....
