The ones whose movements fights are the most difficult to predict, at least IMO, are actually Sting and Rogue. They both need to do something big to regain some cred.

New chapter is out.
It's a good fight between Gray and Rufus (who turns out to be another mage that can dish out the magical pain but doesn't really have the same level of durability). We get an explanation for Rufus' magic and Gray finally gets to show some real advancement in his abilities since the power up.
The victory isn't a same level of clever as frozen blood-blades but Gray did find a nice loophole there.
Loving the final panel with Gray stealing Rufus' hat.

As always, Mashima does nice crowds. I liked the woman with the heart eyes covering her child's face.

Gray's ice constructs do look fancier now. Good way to depict improvement, along with the high-speed swordpile creation.
I'll just assume that "haven't lost twice" line doesn't count other FT members...
Not sure how Rufus dispelled Gray's shield.Soap Operus
