Default BIZARRO! Geoff Johnz Say Superman Never Lookz So Bad

Superstar writer Geoff Johns says artist Eric Powell is so gifted, he even makes Bizarro look good, and incoming "Action Comics" penciler Gary Frank is going to make a Legion of fans very happy.

Me wonder if Yellow boy did not ask Bizzaro Hal Jordan to join his corps ? :(

Fixed now. Superboy-Prime must have punched the walls of the Bizarro universe. Or something.

Default Eric Powell am Great!! Bizarros or zombies!!

I really enjoyed this issue of Superman.!! "..He never lookz so bad."

Powell's take on Bizarro...and the Bizarro world was really good. I like Powell's stuff. His "Teamup" of The Goon, Frankie, and Hellboy was really fun.

He has a nice simple style that I appreciate. (Almost a tinge of "Golden Age" about his style. ) I hope we get to see more of him at DC.... he's one of the more "interesting" artists of today.;)

    The art is beautiful.

I'm pretty sure I had the hotwheels version of that spaceship growing up. I think mine had fists on the front that propelled forward when I pushed a button.

Does the Bizarro dialogue have any kind of logic in this issue? I'm fine with the dumb English Bizarro speak that can be read straight or the backwards Bizarro speak that must be translated in reverse, but this issue seems to use both versions interchangeably. Did it make sense to anyone (probably I'm just dumb)?

I'll be the one to say that the art looks like shit. I'll be skipping this arc.
