Default Robert E. Howard's Solomon Kane Returns at Dark Horse

While he may be one of Robert E. Howards lesser known characters, the story of Solomon Kane is ripe for exploration. He returns to comics in 2008 at Dark Horse and we have the early details from writer Scott Allie.

I am slightly intrigued, more so to go back reread some Solomon Kane stories, but I am glad that this property wound up at Dark Horse. I'm confident that it stands a chance at some good stortelling.

I'm also now looking forward to the next installment in Devi's Footprints.

I'm interested in getting this series. But the decision on whether I do so will come down to what my pull list looks like when it comes time to order it out of the Previews catalog.

You know, I always end up associating Dark Horse with horror comics, and this series certainly is going to rock. Any word on the artist?

This sounds pretty cool, though I'd rather get into "The Savage Tales of Solomon Kane" before the comics. I hope Gary Gianni has some involvement with this...

I prefer SK over Conan and the rest any day, so I'm happy that he will get his third chance as a comic book. Especially at Dark Horse.

I love Scott Allie's passion for this series.

I was at a panel about Robert E. Howard comics at GenCon this past weekend and Scott talked to us for an hour about this and other REH projects at Dark Horse.

As much as I love the Conan series, I think I may be more excited about this one.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.
