I'd argue that Exodus has since gotten stronger BECAUSE of what Emma was able to do to him- you also say that Emma took him out on her own, but you're incorrect in that assumption. Dust was quietly ravaging his lungs, thus weakening him. I'd say that Rachel is as strong, if not stronger, than Emma. Not quite Sinister or Jean level yet; but because she's stronger than Emma, she's also stronger than Charles because Emma, herself, is stronger than Charlie.

Emma was fighting Exodus before any of the New X-Men engaged. Cyclops told her to tell them to engage while she was fighting him, doesn't only interfered once they reached a stalemate.

In any case after AvX 3 I just wanted to say that Rachel has earned a spot on Utopia.

Yeah.

Emma's skill makes up for the lack of crazy power, allowing her to at times beat Exodus, Sinister, and even the uber-skilled Xavier.
But Emma's power level is not shabby either. Definitely in the Top 5.
Meanwhile: Rachel's power could not dwarf the unskilled but powerful Exodus, even when he was distracted by half a dozen different attackers.

I just like that writers are actually recognizing that Rachel has any skill or talent period as of recently. Since her time in Excalibur, all of her training and experience was thrown out the window to make her look like a noob. Yes there are more skilled or powerful telepaths, but it gives her character some growth potential. And she's trained with Emma and Xavier since her last stint in Uncanny, so she's gotten better. Really it's down to what the writers choose to do with the characters at their disposal.

And two things:
1) Who is a match for Rachel in terms of telekinetic skill or power? Very few.
2) While Exodus is extremely powerful, lets not forget that his power derives from augments and powers Apocalypse gave him, not the natural abilities that grow with time and training.
