Speaking of solicit, why does the web-release of the Devil's Due solicitations trail so far behind the other publishers?

Also, any chance of some Hack/Slash merchandise? Even through cafe press or something? Or is that a 'wait for a movie and hope someone picks up the rights to those' kind of thing? Still bummed that the poster didn't make it out.

I'd still pay big money for a Vlad/Cassie Legendary Comic Book Heroes 2 pack of action figures!

There is more to getting out the Bump crossover than that..though I do like that simple idea.
As for H/S merch..I too would love to see a Legendary Comic Heroes figure set of Cas and Vlad. No one from Toy Biz has contacted me though...sigh. I dunno..I've sorta fallen off the action figure collection wagon, but I assume somewhere Toy Biz has a forum where they ask fans for suggestions. Let's hit 'em up.
We'll probably see some other merch stuff soon. For now, I'm dead focused on getting the comic out.

Wow, should have been studying, but couldn't. Last night I had a pile of Hack/Slash, all freshly ordered due to my friend hooking me on it.

It was a nuit blanche, but hell was it worth it! This is such an amazing series, even my girlfriend is getting into it. She's in love with Vlad I think.

The pacing and everything is brilliant, and I love how every now and then you'll incorporate someone like Evil Ernie or Chucky, and do them justice and then some.

I liked the constant little nods to other comics, even having a hulk action figure or a dude in a spidey costume is cool.
Not to mention the whole Archie thing you had going on in the latest issue.

Any time the art changes, you guys make it work, and it still feel like it fits. I love that. I used to be a slave to Marvel, they'd like, brainwashed me or something, now I'm reaching into other diverse comics and loving the world out there.

As for the movie, I can't stress enough how important the acting is. That sounds like an obvious statement, but I always see people thinking with their dicks and wanting the perfect fap fantasy Cassie, like hot meagan fox, who can't act her way out of a wet paper bag.

That's like wanting Triple H for Thor.

It just would be so much easier to plug this movie if it had a name people recognized. Besides, the character limits the playing field, a lot of the talented actresses out there right now are too old for the role or have put on to much weight hehe and the ones that are younger well..

Lindsay Lohan.. I don't think she'd be interested in the role. Maybe Paris Hilton? No? Probably not the best idea. Ooo.. ooo.. I know.. Megan Fox. She's got the look down to a degree, (needs to lose that fake tan) and she's got the tude.. may not be the best actress but for some reason I don't think people will be running to see this movie because they're expecting it to be nominated for an oscar.

Not only would Megan draw a wider audience to the movie, it would probably even help boost sales for the comic. I mean c'mon its slasher stuff.. slasher stuff is all about gratitious violence, tongue in cheek elements and a nice load of T&A. It's not like anyone is saying Megan should be in Schindlers List 2.

Now let us gaze into the beauty that is Megan Fox..

And look.. she even likes hair rock.. shes just screaming to be in a horror flick..

The chick who played Ginger in Ginger Snaps would also rock.. but she actually may be to old for the role. She's 26 now I believe..
