The theater usher in Spider-Man 2 has probably done more bad to Peter/ Spider-Man than Jonah (at least in the movies).

Sandman did the least physical damage to Spider-Man (including Venom killing Harry).
But that doesn't make him less of a "great" villain.

However Harry wasn't much of a physical threat (he wasn't worse than Venom, Doctor Octopus or Venom.) His mindfucks were the real danger (such as when he caused MJ to leave Peter.)
