he has stated that as long as JQ is in office there will be no marvel/dc projects.

He also makes a lot of bad decisions.

Ok, because it sounded like you were saying he was responsible for new collaborations with Marvel.

Another about Dido is he doesn't really take any chances.

JQ has killed Cap, brought one of the only people back alive that is untouchable (Bucky) other two Gwen and Uncle Ben.

Let Iron Man win civil war.
got rid of the spidey/ mj marriage with the devilkilled Thanos
    help start ultimate line
decimate damn near all the mutants.

    These are some gutsy moves.

You realize that a lot of those decisions haven't seemed to be very popular, in particular the Decimation among X-Fans and the One More Day storyline among... anyone with half a brain.

I'd give more credit to Brubaker for the Cap storylines with Bucky, and Bill Jemas is partly responsible for the Ultimate line.

While you say gutsy moves, I say these are reasons for editorial incompetence.

Seems that Time Warner is paying much more attention to DC Comics right now.

Why? Because you personally don't like the stories?

The Death of Captain America is probably the greatest mainstream superhero story being published today.

I am a DC fan I love Teen Titans, JSA, JLA and AS Supes, but the last couple years DC has really sucked and that is beacause of dIDO HE is the one in charge.

An editor in chief does wield considerable power, but his rule is not absolute. Especially not since DC is wholy owned by Time Warner.
'The marquis. Well, you know, to be honest, he seems a little bit dodgy to me.'
'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."
