Hey everyone. Just joined the forums here. Been a superhero fan for a while, but been getting into comics more in the last year or so. Figured I should join a forum to meet and talk with other people with similar interests. My primary interest is Anime/Manga (so happy to see there is a board for that as well), but the rest is cool as well for other discussions. I'm mostly a DC comic reader (Batman, Green Lantern, and Captain Marvel *the real one damn it!* are my favorites)

Hello, I'm PiscesCaballero! I go by the same username in some other sites I participate in frequently, namely Saint Seiya Fan Forum,HowLongtoBeat,Spongebob Community,and most recently Sailor Moon Forums. I was curious about who would win in a fight, Saint or DBZ so I searched vids on Youtube and learned of insane things like how the main Bronze Saints cast can destroy galaxies and that junk. I got curious and decided to google some more. Thus I was introduced to the world of VS Debates.

My favorite fiction is (from most to least) 1)Saint Seiya 2)Dragon Ball 3)Diablo 4)Spongebob Squarepants and 5)Eh not sure yet, there's a number of titles contending for 5th place most notably Bastard!!,Ring ni Kakero(which is by the creator of Saint Seiya), ,Cutie Honey,V For Vendetta, and Sailor moon.

Some other stuff about me . I am 20 years of age. I'm a guy and the country I live in as of now is the U.S.A. A bio about me? I'm just a simple cashier working at a small store in the middle of nowhere. With ambitions of making it big in the stock market and becoming a BISHONEN ladykiller.

I actually was gonna join Anime Vice initially but my laptop keeps freezing everytime I go on that site. I've considered OBD but I was turned off by the rudeness of the users there while I was lurking. MVC I also considered but was turned off by the amount of trolling on there. Well this is my first forelay into the VS Battles. The only VS Battles I've done in the past were confined within the Saint Seiya Universe and one involving Dark Schneider VS Gold Saints. You can find them at Saint Seiya Fan Forums and I might even publish them here to get other VS debaters' input.



I LOVE comics-thats probably my main hobby recently. I used tor read DC but decided to go Indie after becoming fed up with the BS retcons and what not.I may start going back to DC and even reading Marvel for the sake of VS debates.

Currently I'm on a scanlation project for the classic manga Ring ni Kakero(from the creator of Saint Seiya !!) and hope to get chapters uploaded soon. Really a shame no one is bothering to translate this classic that was the first breakout hit by the guy who created the beloved Saint Seiya franchise. I'm doing this because no one else would.

Many of the now-former users of that site had recommended these forums as a good landing spot prior to the DCMB's demise. So, I'm here to rub shoulders with my fellow geeks :) I'm currently reading Action, Superman, Wonder Woman and Justice League.

Hello, my name is Clueless_Crusader - a man clueless in the ways of fighting crime. :D I frequently visit the main site on a daily basis, but I have never been compelled to create an account to participate in the forum chatter until this year. I have always had a great interest in various super hero stories and grew up watching such cartoons in my childhood, the prominent being Batman and Spider-man, but I have never found a suitable jumping on point into such mainstream comics until recently - with the release of DC's New 52. That is not to say that I have not read or had any experience in reading comics before; for a long time I have read IDW's publications of The Transformers, GI-Joe, 30 Days of Night and Image Comics The Walking Dead. I hope, with some guidance, to increase my pull list (slightly) with some other titles of various characters in the near future, and to simply hang out, here, with my fellow geeks. :)

I'm new here. I am a female from Newfoundland, Canada. My name's Jacklyn.

I had never ever read a comic book in mylife - until recently. Being curious because i am a die - hard fan of the blade movies, own and love all 3 of em, i went out and bought marvel a collection of the original 1970's blade the vampire slayer stories. So far I'm lovin it. :P and found that while there are a lot of differences between the books and the 20th century/21 century snipes movies, there are many similarities too. The comics are good too.

Of course i know many other comic characters, the obvious superman spiderman/batman/wonderwoman/king kong/the blob yadda yadda as well.

But for the most part, except for blade i am a total rookie to comics.

as for my other interests, I am graduating in May from university with my Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and Russian Language and Literature. I like movies, music, politics, hockey (am a die hard Red Wings fan and my second team is the Montreal Canadiens) and my friend is introducing me to some anime as well.

I am able to talk about anything. (Well, almost anything.) So I am great on forums! I absolutely love forums!

So just wanted to post here and say hi! :)
