Hmm, not that terribly surprised that they dodged the questions regarding limbo characters.

And that's one of the most horrendous rendering of Cat Beast I've ever seen. :(

OMG! WT* is up with Anole's arm. He looks like the guy from "Lady in the Water'!

That page with Cess and Dust is beautiful!!! I love how original Cess looks, not just the classic "stretching torso and fingers". And that little glimpse of Sooraya's face is really nice!

So THIS is what Chris meant when people would say "you've ruined him!!"

We all guessed he'd grow his arm back...I had considered that it might be more scaly and lizard like - but I never imagined THIS!!

It's a little shocking, but also sorta cool!!!

Mercury and Dust look AMAZING!

Chris Yost is awesome!

I'm glad Skottie will be on New X-Men for a little while longer. Victor looks freaky and angry. I bet he kicks butt in that issue and then joins the main roster after this story arc.

I wonder what the most polite way to kill someone would be... LOL!

It's been mentioned that Beast is going to be looking in many places for a solution to the looming extinction problem. With that in mind, Frog was wondering, “Is there any chance Beast will consult with Dr. Strange, considering that the decimation was wrought by magic?”

CY: Beast is first and foremost a scientist, so I think his natural inclination would be to find a solution in science. But he's an X-Man and Avenger, so he's seen enough to know that there's more going on in the universe than just science. It'll be interesting to see where his journey takes him – and it does take him down some surprising paths.

Wheeee! My question was answered!

Well, sort of answered, anyway. :)

OK, I've not read the X-Books in years. Years. After reading this and last week's edition, I think I need to at the very least revisit the X-World. Looks like "Endangered Species" may bring me back to these books.

Of course, I'm sure I'll have loads of questions since I've been gone so long, so bear with me.
