She should have stayed with the Black and green look, it suited her better IMO...

I really don't get the skirt on Rogue's new costume; she's a very physical character, a skirt (especially a mini) seems counter-intuitive to that. Also, the long gloves...why?

Oh well, with Carey's writing it won't matter. The cape wasn't practical either, she'll still kick butt.

It's not really a skirt. It's a long 'tunic' shirt. They wear them a lot in the US. And she used to wear long gloves in the late 80's all the time. it's actually one of the few things in this outfit that she has a history of wearing.

The scarf however is hard to defend.

I saw that too! Does explain the sudden 'fashionista'-vibe of the whole new look. Or why she suddenly looks like a skinny 12 year old. Interesting how saying 'Rogue? nah never really cared for her as a character' makes Marvel go 'Then YOU get the job of drawing the series that has her as the lead! Yes sir!!'

Oh well. Could've been worse I suppose.

I like Rogue's new design especially the top,the gloves i could do with out especially with her now having her powers under control but its kind of understandable since she has been so long being fully covered that she would kind of have to get comfortable to the idea of not wearing the gloves

I don't mind her wearing gloves; just that the long evening gloves don't really make sense since she'll have to remove them to use her powers (unless she goes back to using the kiss). She should just have longer sleeves and short or even fingerless gloves.
