Whine, no... but I am a bit disappointed by Eastwick. It felt like it was just picking up steam with the gals starting to acknowledge their powers. Yet another show that developed to slowly and got cancelled before it could really get rolling.

If the networks would just give producers more free reign, and more time to actually let a show develop a following... they might be surprised by what will happen. Instead we get too many shows cancelled after just a couple episodes air.

Had no idea Numb3rs (Num3ers? Numb3ers? I'm seeing these spellings all over Google) was in danger - although a news search shows that they're cutting back on the episode order, which tends to not mean good things...

Trauma isn't having any more episodes ordered beyond the original 13.

Numbers was cut from 22 to 16 but there's been no word about cancellation as yet.

Crap, I like Numb3rs. Still, they're not cancelled yet, and this is season 5 so it's not like they haven't had a good run.

I am kind of sad about Numb3rs, but on the other hand, they could end the show rather well this season, with one brother getting married, another finding religion. Six seasons is respectable.

To be honest, the show hasn't been the same since Diane Farr left.

Looks like terminal frostbite for Cold Case, too... not that I care.

The Good Wife might be in some danger, as well.

Yeah, that's the thing, after a certain point, it gets a little harder to complain when a show gets canceled. If it hasn't said what it needed to say in five years, it wasn't that great a show.

Of course CBS its said has been ordering more episodes for other shows than Num3ers . Not a good sign here its the only being cut.

As people have posted....5 seasons gets it syndication basically. Like a My Name is Earl , Num3ers will live on there.

Numb3rs (spelling taken from Zap2it.com,) won it's timeslot again http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethe...ck-friday.html with the same amount of viewers as Medium or Ghost Whisperer. I've also read somewhere that Cold Case is also preparing for the end.

She also appeared on Angel shortly before the axe fell; could the young lady in question be a showkiller?

I don't believe Eliza appeared in Angel's fifth and final season.

What name will dollhouse fanatics adopt in their soon-to-be never ending crusade to bring back the show and/or extoll its virtures at every oppurtunity?

Since the show has been canceled, how about they go by "The Boxed"?

And don't get me wrong, I love Dollhouse and hope that someone decides to give it a go on another network, even on SyFy. It has a lot of potential and has only gotten better since the network stopped futzing with the production. They should always just let the creators do what they do best, make good shows.
