This isn't everything that was cancelled this season (does not include series that were pulled off the air at various points in the season) but just those that ended and weren't picked up for another year, or were cancelled because they weren't in the new schedules for 07-08:

    CLOSE TO HOME
    GEORGE LOPEZ
    KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY
    THE WAR AT HOME
    THE APPRENTICE (maybe)
    GILMORE GIRLS
    NANNY 911
    WHAT ABOUT BRIAN
    STANDOFF
    TRADING SPOUSES
    CROSSING JORDAN
    STUDIO 60
GREASE: YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I WANT
    THE WINNER
    VERONICA MARS (likely)
    ALL OF US
    THE CLASS
    JERICHO
    IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
    ACCORDING TO JIM (possibly)
    ANDY BARKER PI

I liked the six or so episodes of both ANDY BARKER PI and THE KNIGHTS OF PROSPERITY that I saw. It's a shame they didn't really get a chance at a full season. Didn't follow any of the others on Sean's list, and I'll do a happy-dance on the graves of both THE WAR AT HOME and Trump's APPRENTICE.

Wait, someone LIKED the War at Home? Wazza-huh?

That show is terrible. If only theyd cancel American Dad too....
    The Lion banner sways and falls in the horror-haunted gloom;
A scarlet Dragon rustles by, borne on winds of doom.
In heaps the shining horsemen lie, where the thrusting lances break,
And deep in the haunted mountains, the lost, black gods awake.
Dead hands grope in the shadows, the stars turn pale with fright,
For this is the Dragon's Hour, the triumph of Fear and Night.

Wait a second. There cancelling Studio 60? I thought that show was doing well.

The only one I am going to miss is The Class. The show started out a little bad, but by the end it was actully not that bad of a sitcom once they figured out which way they were going with the show.

And please for the love of all that is holy lets hope that we never have to see Donald Trump on TV again for a long long time.

I can't say Crossing Jordan was a favorite favorite, but it was one I kept up with until this year pretty reguarly. I made a point to watch last night's downer of a finale and wondered, until I heard the helicopter, if they were just going to kill everybody off. Maybe Macy already knew he was moving on to The Bionic Woman in the fall and wouldn't be back.

Pretty obvious Tim Kring was too busy with Heroes and the network had tinkered too much. I still enjoyed its cases and characters and will watch again on A&E from time to time.

    Veronica Mars especially.

Andy Barker PI was fun and I enjoyed Studio 60.

Sigh, goodbye Knights. I'll miss you, Gary.

Of those shows, I'll only miss Jericho (Which ridiculously unrealistic as it was wasn't a bad show, though the big disaster behind it all really should have been something other than a nuclear attack. After two or three episodes they completely forgot there's supposed to be radiation and stuff.) Studio 60 (Which never quite lived up to its brilliant pilot, but was still an enjoyable watch while it lasted) and of course Veronica Mars, which suffered greatly this season from the format change but was still one of the better shows on television.

Studio 60 wasn't doing well since week 2. The dissapointing ratings have been a hot topic all year long.

I have to admit I liked The War at Home, I'm going to miss it. Also Studio 60, IMO was a great show. I'm disappointed that neither will be back.

How come all of you are not focusing on the positive?

    According to Jim is dead!

    At least, I'm hoping.

I'll look at some of the other cancellations:

The Winner- This was The Loser, and it was cancelled soon after it was aired.
Standoff- Eh. It wasn't that bad, but if you give the two protagonists the Odd Couple treatment and make all the criminals look like bizarre nutjobs from the planet Cookoo, it was going to fail.
In Case of Emergency- I saw it after Knights. It sucked. None of the characters were likable.
Knights of Prosperity- I thought this one had potential. But I have to admit, when the Columbian drug kingpin came along, SHARK!
The War at Home- This will shut up the Family Television Society (or whatever they are).
