I watched one episode of Ugly Betty, and I've seen better acting in high school plays. It truly deserves to be canceled.

It's not supposed to be good. It's supposed to be cheesy and over the top.

I bet it ends with Betty and Daniel together.

Seemed to be implying that this season, but I don't think so now, looks like Daniel and Amanda will get back together.
And despite them making Betty more cute than ugly with the new hair and style they probably won't follow the telenovella (Betty becoming beautiful and getting together with Daniel).

Absolutely agree. My wife and I struggled through last season, and after Tivo'ing the first two episodes of this year and not making any attempt to watch them before the third episode, we called it quits; we haven't regretted that decision for a moment.

On the plus side, dropping Heroes gave me an opportunity to get her watching Supernatural, which seems to keep getting better as it ages. She gets creeped out by some of the scary stuff and I have to explain a lot of the backstory to her, but she is genuinely interested in it, which is pretty cool. It's been my favorite show since they took Angel off the air and now I have someone to talk about it with.

The whole show is the relationship between the brothers, monsters aside. Plus, show her the clip of them singing Bon Jovi in the car.

Yeah, their characters end up together in pretty much every other version of the show and there are dozens, but it's pretty clear by now Ugly Betty is taking things in a different direction.

Good, couldn't happen to a more deserving show. It should've died after that awful Season 2.

It's not going to work thought.

Ugly Betty is going to end at the end of this season I believe.

It never recovered from the Season 2 crapfest.

I think the 2 scientists are the weak links of the cast.

Maybe. Remember CW has a lower standard when it comes to ratings because their best show can't compete with the worst of CBS.
