    Default Casting She-Hulk

Okay, it's probably unlikely that a "She-Hulk" movie will get made, unless Hulk II proves to be a mega-sucess and either Jen gets her own movie or a spin-off.

Apparentally during the time of the Bill Bixby Hulk TV movies (Late 80s) there was discussion of a She-Hulk project, and apparentally a make-up test was done with Bridgette Nielsen (Rocky IV, Red Sonja, Beverly Hills Cop 2 and a few D-list celebreality shows etc.) but the film never came off the ground.

A She-Hulk movie would probably have to be sort of toungue-in-cheek, like the majority of Shulkie comics. Unlike her cousin, it's fairly easy to realize She-Hulk by just green body paint, although it might be a challenge to contrast her to Jennifer Walters with it still being the same actress, although they could make her like Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman, who seemed like a totally different actress after her 'transformation'. That being said, I think Angelina Jolie would make a pretty good She-Hulk.

Of course the movie will probably never be made, but who knows...

Maybe Rebecca Romijn, though i think she'd make a better Carol Danvers.

no, no, no. Zen, from Bravo's Work Out, would be perfect!! :)

Not sure how she is as an actress, but she fits the first few issues of Jen's character in Slott's 1st run as a goofy-fun attorney.

I can't think of any mainstream actresses that would even come close to making a good SHE-HULK physically. A younger Julie Strain had the height and breast size I guess. You'd have to go with a female wrestler or fitness model to pull that off.

Or, you know, CGI like with the Hulk? Better yet, isn't there a process that can make people appear bigger/taller than other people? Might actually be cheaper than CGI.

Unfortunately, Eva Mendes is a pretty sucky actress.

    My pick is Elizabeth Bogush.

Screw She-Hulk then,.............figuratively. We dont want another blatant insult like Ghost Rider on our hands. And besides, She-Hulk would only camp up the serious tone of the Hulk film franchise. She would break the fourth wall constantly by talking to the audience. She is without a doubt the biggest attention-whore in comicdom (if not Deadpool).

Who's "we"? Don't include me in that generalization. We = YOU in this instance.

And seeing as how Ghost Rider actually made money, I'd wager Marvel wants many more "insults" like Ghost Rider on their hands.

And besides, She-Hulk would only camp up the serious tone of the Hulk film franchise.
Newsflash, they want to break the serious tone of the previous installment ANYWAY, hence all the news we've heard about TIH. Less introspection (seriousness), more heroics (Hulk smashing). They want to actually make it fun.

Unless you're from the future, you have no way whatsoever of knowing if the writer(s) would include that or not. More than likely not since the movie would have to appeal to those who outnumber you and me ten to one: the folks who DON'T read comics. Any writer with two neurons to rub together would know that would take those same people right out of any story where they're already suspending disbelief that an 8 foot tall green woman that can hurl buses is remotely plausible.

Wow, we don't eve know IF this movie is going to get made, just that Cage and Mendes are trying. More info, as in if those two will actually convince Arad or not, would be helpful, but it'll either putter out or gain momentum, and we won't know till at least later this year.

I think Sara Ramirez (Callie Torres O'Malley from Grey's Anatomy) would make a great She-Hulk. You'd have to cast someone else as Jen though.

Here's a quick photomanipulation I did in Photoshop of Ms. Ramirez as Shulkie.
