It just means my cable has been shut off, therefore so has my modem. Other bills came first this month, bills that are more important. So if I do disappear suddenly from the forum, that's why, and sorry, will see you all as soon as I get a new IP or if I don't get disconnected (of course this message will be moot then).

Here's a little advice that might help your budgeting: Stop wasting your money on funnybooks. There are more than 10,000 gigabytes of scanned comics available for free on the interweb, and everything that hits the stands on wed. is torrented by thursday, friday at the very latest. Drop the funnybooks, and put that money were it belongs, in the pockets of the cable provider.

Out of curiousity, what's the nearest public terminal you can use (ie that is wheel chair accessible)? I've been living off public Internet for the past little while, and it's not so bad once you get used to not downloading porn.
