The moment that comes immediately to mind as a time when I laughed out loud, not only the first time, but every time that I read it, was the following scene from USM:

I'm paraphrasing from memory, and it's been some months since I last read it, so it's probably not completely accurate. I think it's located at the beginning of the "Deadpool" storyarc. It's the first time we meet "The Ringer."

The Ringer: I'm The Deadly Ringer! Straight up, I'm from Waldorf, Maryland!

Spidey: What? What does that even mean? Am I dreaming? This feels like it might be a dream. No more jalapeno cheese nachos before bed for me.

The Ringer: You gonna be laughing out the side of your face by the time I'm done with you!

Spidey: Hey, slow down with the street talk... I'm still hung up on the part with you bragging about being from Maryland! I gotta... did I miss a memo? Did Maryland become cool?

Came here 5 years later to say this was 100% a poke at everyone loving Good Charlotte at the time (or a few years before), as they have their song "WaldorfWorldwide". :)

When Pete webbed Kingpin's feet to the floor under the table at the restaurant. So cheeky.

I think the general consensus is that USM is usually the funniest title of the entire Ultimate line. The only characters in Ultimates that are usually funny are Iron Man and Thor. In X-men I feel like maybe Bobby is the funniest, but Colossus, I remember, has had a few funny lines.

Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #9, Peters ex girlfriends Kitty and Gwen and current girlfriend MJ force Peter into the girls room to cut his hair because they all agree its gotten to long and when he goes out as Spiderman his head looks perfectly round. Also when Peter gets home he learns that Johnny made out with Spiderwoman who is basically Pete's-mind-in-a-girl's-body. God i wish I had some scans of this.
