I didn't care for it at first, but it's grown on me in the last few volumes. I'm sticking with it for a while to see where it goes.

Heard of it, and my brother has read some of the first volumes. I sort of got the impression of a supernatural-themed Fullmetal Alchemist. They say it's pretty good, anyway.

I think the FMA comparisons come with the general visual style of the art and the fact that both lead characters have a similar look, but they're not particularly the same at all.

Actually, for me it was the arm-thing. :p

HUH what, FMA and D.Grayman I never would have thought about comparing those too, but I really don't see any similarity with the two at all.

I read the first two volumes and just couldn't get into it. I have no idea why, as the characters were appealing and the art was nice. I think maybe it was just too similar to the other manga I'm collecting :(

It rocks. While it's like a lot of other manga aimed at young boys (shonen?), it's got a new feel to it since it doesn't always follow the same patterns.

My favorite thing about it is that they're not afraid to team up to fight someone stronger than them. I've seen too many "This is my fight so let me fight this guy who's way stronger than me while you sit and watch/continue w/ the mission" scenarios.

    Might be the uniforms.
D.Grayman does look sort of... bleaker, though.
