I burst out laughing when the female villainess' face turned blue upon seeing the combined Robo's.

Well, I don't like those freakishly cartoony parts, but all in all it's really really good.

One thing I learned (and I guess this is common knowledge by now) is that the main villain in PR is 100% original footage. I don't know if that applied to Zedd way back when (not sure if it started on a season or its always been), but this is pretty much why Grumm was...what he was. Looking at the Sentai for Dekaranger, I think Broodwing character (can't think of his Sentai name) was good enough to be the main villain instead of some greedy arms dealer like he became in SPD.

The main producer (Kalish) left for one season, and as such whoever was left in charge decided to do away with a completely original main villain and used most of the Sentai footage. That's why we got the Master instead of something lame. And I was thinking, this is awesome, why can't they do this every season? Kalish returned the next season, and we went right back to the original villain in Flurious, even though he had some/most aspect of Raja.

I know some Ranger fanatics have been calling for Kalish's permanent removal for some time, but it does make me wonder if he was gone what it would be like. Maybe he's advocating for something that we're getting that's not so obvious that if he was gone it would be an even bigger diseaster. Guess we'll never know.

Yeah, there was Zedd and Ransik...Divatox was such an obvious Rita analogue that I forgave her suckiness...and the Astronama saga was pretty good.

I guess I'm just specifically thinking about Grumm and Mesagog. lol

Mesagog was actually really good. Divatox, though? I really preferred Rita(though Divatox was hotter). I understood what they were trying to do with Astronema, but I just didn't like her as well.

On the subject of Divatox, I read a few fanfics where she was portrayed as much more of a threat then she was in the show.

Man, that sucks. I hope that if he did do it, his ass is caught.
But why call him a Power Ranger actor? He had a no talking part that only lasted, like, seconds. The funniest part? The article doesn't even mention what he did.
