Millar...Returning?

So Mark Millar just said in an interview on Newsarama(here's the linkhttp://www.newsarama.com/marvelnew/CivilWar/millar_final.html) that he would be returning to one of his books. I tihnk he may be returning ot Ultimate X-men this summer. Well hopefully at least, that would be the best thin for the book I think. Kirkman is getting better, but Millar would be perfect again. Well just wondering what everyone else thinks.

Yeah, but he also says that Blade will be involved somehow, so I'm thinking it's either Spider-man or Wolverine and not Ultimate X-men.

Maybe if Blade is involved, but who knows, maybe it'll be ultimate blade in Ultimate X-men.

I doubt it will be Ultimate X-Men, my guess is that it's going to be Ultimate Captain America with McNiven.

I think Millar returning to Ultimate X-Men is just what the title needs, but I'd prefer Millar on Ultimate Captain America, or Spider-Man.

I am happy that Millar/ Hitch got to do Ultimates, as opposed to Ultimate Wolverine. I'm curious about how that would have been though (and I know I would have bought it.)

Millar needs to return to Ult. X-men. Or maybe he doesn't, but anyway, anything to remove Kirkman out of the title is worth a shot.

so he's doing two unannounced runs...one is taking over a current series, another is returning to a title he has already written. I think he's going to take over Astonishing X-Men with Hitch on pencils. Which means he probably won't be writing 2 X books at the same time, although they are technically in diff. universes...

Millar and Hitch have both said they aren't doing Astonishing X-Men.

i would go totally crazy is Millar and McNiven do an Ultimate Cap book.

and in "crazy" i mean definately by that book and get multiple copies to preserve the mintness

lol, if Millar gets Cap let's prepare for the ULTIMATE veiled anti-american government criticism...which is what I like :D

But Ulti Xmen would kick ass as well. His run was the best

I think his project with Hitch is going to be Marvel Comics Presents. They will be doing short back up stories for the first 6 or so issues and since that means probably 6 pages, Hitch SHOULD be able to do that pretty easily. And I'm starting to think he could also be launching a new Spider-Man book, maybe a Spectacular Spider-Man, especially with the joke in CW #7
