*About the sub-only broadcast order DVD's:

The Special Editions were the only way TV Broadcast Order could be released in North America as an "extra". It was pretty tough to get that approved as even Japan doesn't have TV Broadcast Order on DVDs.

So that is why you're seeing Broadcast Order on the special editions instead of regular, because it is an obligation (not a choice) to put Japanese DVD order on regular version

So regular DVD's will get the (lame IMO) chronological order, while the only way to get the broadcast order is thru the SE (pricey) boxes. Box 1 doesn't seem to include one, probably because the first three episodes are the same for both orders (yes first THREE).

Considering there was no good reason for it to be aired out of order in the first place (they only did it so it would have more of a big climax at the end) I think this is the best way to go.
