It was one of the issues of Teen Titans (around Identity Crisis tiein?) where Slade dresses as Batman to convince the Titans to hand over Dr. Light.

But that was just for a couple of panels. Outsiders #22 has Batstroke stomping Arsenal into a bloody pulp for most of the issue.

the issues of teen titans with batstroke is the final of the lights out series which features light taking his revenge on the big dogs for making him the side kicks whipping boy by fighting the teen titans. of course he forgets that once a teen titan always a teen titan. in comes all the former members including nightwing and wally west.
speaking of the teen titans Tim Drake wears a version of the suit in the future where he carrys a gun and figures out who killed bruces parents. to bad that has been retconned

I don't see how you can retcon a future timeline since they are perdefinition not part of continuity.
