I agree, jus because he sleeps with a ton of women doesn't make him a womanizer. I think he genuinely cares about the women he sleeps with and most women in his life for that matter. True, he has had more lovers then there are stars in the sky, but, and maybe its because of his line of work, his relationships usually end in a tragic manner.

Wolverine, to my knowledge, has never slept with a woman and then scorned her, or even just slept with a woman for the sole sake of sleeping with her.

Heck, I think he was even disgusted with himslef when he had to sleep with Viper to settle a vow. He also turned down Diamdback because hse had switched bodies with Dazzler at the time.

Exactly. Logan's a gentleman when it comes to the ladies. One of the many character traits that I find most interesting

Did he actually turn her down? As I recall, Dazzler and the others walked in before Logan really had a chance to answer either way (and then Diamondback pointed out that Dazzler really didn't have much room to complain since she was using Diamondback's body with Longshot...)

I mean, there is no "smoking gun" scene a la Magento/Wasp with either Black Cat or Gwen Stacey.

In Bill Mantlo's run on Spectacular Spider-Man, there were at least two ''smoking gun'' scenes which clearly established a sexual relationship between the Black Cat and Peter Parker. The first scene occurs in PPTSSM #87. In this scene, Felicia Hardy is standing in the doorway of a bedroom and she tells Peter to come back to bed. In the next issue of PPTSSM, #88, we see a half-dressed Peter Parker (he's wearing the pants to his Spider-Man costume) exiting Felicia Hardy's bedroom. Felicia is still in bed, dreaming of holding the man she had held in her arms only a few moments before (this is a paraphrase of the narrative caption).

Spider-Woman: Luke Cage, apparently. Jerry Hunt (SHIELD agent), David Ishima (her landlord), that other Hydra guy (I forget his name but he was in Marvel Spotlight #32) She accidentally killed her boyfriend at 17 whose name escapes me at the moment. Jared was a romance when she was with HYDRA however he was ordered to start a romance with her so it was a one-sided love affair.
In Spider-Woman # 23, Tim Braverman, an L.A Times reporter who also moonlight as the criminal Gamesman, starts a romantic relationship with Jessica...(she doesn't know he is a costumed villain) they kiss on-panel, share a picnic, and she really falls hard for the guy, who unfortunately was only using her.
Her partner, Scotty McDaniel was in love with her, but she didn’t return the feelings.

Sentry: His wife, Lindy.

Wolverine: It's probably easier to ask "Who hasn't Logan slept with?" Definites include Mystique, Tiger Tyger, Domino, The Native, some un-named woman from the Wolverine/Cable one-shot, and someone-whose-name-I-forget from the second Wolverine/Punisher miniseries, un-named mother of his un-named child from the Savage Land". Flex from Alpha Flight was supposed to be his son as well, but they never got around to actually saying so in the comics. The full list would likely surpass Tony Stark and steal his title as the Easiest Avenger. (6+, at a very conservative guess)

Possibly Mariko, Viper, Silver Fox, Warbird and Storm? Despite speculation and the cravings of the worst elements of fandom, Wolverine hasn't slept with Jean Grey and/or The Phoenix.

Heracles adds quite a few. Confirmed he slept with Black Widow back in the Defenders era, and since his new series, added Shehulk, Namora and Snowbird.

No. Firestar called off their engagement in the I (Heart) Marvel: Masked Intensions one-shot, because she wasn't ready to get married. The two of them broke up, and since then Vance has gotten involved with Ultra Girl (who had a crush on him since they first met, but it never got acted on until now).
