Ok people have been discussion ALOT about Hulk vs wolverine yada yada but they seem to forget Ult Iron Man season 2 which is suppose to have come out a long time ago. I enjoyed the first book alot, seeing IM history and his unique and cool looking IM armor, so is there any news at all on when the second book is coming out?

I have heard mixed reviews of the first Ult Ironman. I want to get it up I'm not sure if it is worth it because i can't find it anywhere cheap.

Which is not really bad. The problem is that it is also nothing like Ultimate Iron Man either.

A really excellent read. I also wonder when volume 2 returns. I was quite hyped for it but I haven't really been able to keep up with my current pull list so by adding it right now I may not get to it until this time next year.
Although as a reader, I hope for its speedy return and intriguing storyline.

I wish they could somehow funnel the resources from Ultimate Iron Man 2 into more issues of ultimates 2! I must admit to not being a fan of Ultimate Iron Man, it's not because of the differences between the 616 and the Ult versions, it just wasn't good, and I am a fan of Orson Scott Card and I don't see the relation, the only portion I did like is how they work Tony's alcoholism into the story.

I didn't like Ultimate Iron Man, because they basically made Tony into some sort of scientific freak right out of the womb.
That, and they're spending way too much time actually getting to Tony creating the armor in the first place. I gave up at issue 4 or something when they got to Tony being in High School.
It's supposed to be "Ultimate Iron-Man", not "Ultimate Tony Stark's Freakish Childhood before he even got close to making the damn armor in the first place"
I much prefer the Ult Marvel Team-Up version Ultimate Iron Man's origin. It's short, to the point, and it actually fits perfectly into later Ultimate Marvel continuity.-Exit the LoneWolf

I've been waiting so long I actually forgot about it! Maybe that's what Marvel was trying to do...
The combonation of Orson Scott Card and Andy Kubert was awesome! I've read through it 3 or 4 times and still like it.
What's the deal with vol. 2 anyways???
